Major Films has a very special meaning.
My grandfather, Herbert Lee Conner was known by many as “Major” most of his life.
He attained this title while serving our country for over 20 years in the United States Army (1947-1971). He served in the Korean and Vietnam War.
Major had a strong love for God and his family; he treated everyone he met with the utmost respect. He and Barbara (DarDar) Conner celebrated 68 years of marriage.
On October 5th, 2018, we lost our Major to cancer.
He left behind a legacy of love & compassion that will never be forgotten.
The name “Major” films holds a very special place in my heart. My mission is to carry on the legacy of love that Major left behind as we capture the special moments life gives us on film.
Hey there! —I’m Liz (you may hear some call me Liza) a wedding videographer with a heart for storytelling and a deep love for capturing life’s most meaningful moments. Being invited into someone’s wedding day is a true honor, and I’m endlessly grateful for the chance to serve my clients by preserving their love stories through film.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me balancing my time between quiet, cozy hobbies like reading and crocheting, and more active adventures like biking, hitting the track for a good workout, or soaking up the sun (summer is hands-down my favorite season!). I’m a lover of Jesus & a bit of both worlds — half introvert, half extrovert — which I think helps me connect with all kinds of couples and bring a thoughtful, yet energetic vibe to every shoot.
I’m also a big-time dreamer and goal-setter, always thinking up new business ideas and ways to grow creatively. Whether it’s doing my own nails or planning my next creative project, I pour passion into everything I do.
Thank you for being here — I can’t wait to learn about your story and be a part of your unforgettable day.
Can’t wait to connect soon!
